I had the interesting shore of making a pdf published on a web page. The PDF was a fax and it had both the real page and a start page showing from and to as you usually do in a fax, but that first page was not interested at all to publish and I only wanted the second page.
What to do.
Well fist i did some googeling and found a god application for this. Its called PDFEdit and works perfectly.
So I installed it with:

sudo apt-get install pdfedit |
And I had no problems opening the PDF – delete the 1 page and save it again. Wounderfull.
